KUALA TERENGGANU, June 23 — The Community Development Department (Kemas) has allocated RM18.9 million this year for the development of rural entrepreneurs nationwide.

JERTIH, Dec 30 — A total of 212 Community Development Department (Kemas) kindergartens, in three states, were affected by flooding on December 18.
